Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

Shipping:

Online minimum order value is $100. FREE Shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $200 and over after discounts are applied. Flat Fee of $10 on orders with a subtotal of $199 and below. For all shipments, even those eligible for free shipping, exceptions for rural addresses and heavy products could apply.

Rural addresses will incur a $10 shipping fee.

No free shipping to rural addresses during this time

All orders 10 Ibs or more will incur an additional $15 flat fee.

Every additional 5 Ibs after 10 Ibs, will incur another $3 fee

Example: 10lbs = $15, 15lbs = $18, 20lbs = $21, etc.

Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days, with exception to stock delays.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday may not get fulfilled until Monday. Please expect slight delays during larger sales. Delivery times vary by location, generally 2–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.Order AcceptanceAll orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

 

Returns:

Due to the nature of supplements and for health and safety reasons, we accept returns only on:

• Unopened products in original, sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery; and

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (reported within 7 days of delivery, with photographs).We do not accept returns on opened supplements, sale or clearance items, or gift cards.

How to ReturnContact info@muscleammo.ca with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Refunds:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.Damaged or Incorrect ItemsCustomers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
